FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME REPORT
The Faculty Development Programme conducted from 10th to 12th November 2025 proved to be highly effective in enhancing the professional competencies of the faculty members. It provided valuable insights into modern educational strategies, assessment techniques, and quality assurance mechanisms. The active participation of the faculty and the expertise of the resource persons contributed to the success of the event. The FDP has motivated faculty members to incorporate innovative teaching-learning methodologies and uphold quality standards in nursing education, thereby strengthening the overall academic environment of the institution
