TRAINING ON POSH ACT 2013

Sexual harassment of women at the workplace not only creates a negative impact on the aggrieved women but also negatively affects the workplace as a whole. It undermines the vision, mission, objective and reputation of the organization. Therefore, to prevent and prohibit sexual harassment of women at workplace, awareness and implementation of the POSH Act, 2013, is essential.With ref. to above mentioned citation and subject, for Saturday, May 24, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM a One-day online training on the POSH Act 2013 (Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act 2013) is organized. The session was handled by Dr.Manoj Wagh - PMP, Chairperson, Tech trainers and testers , Pune. The session covered topics like scope of POSH act 2013, Internal Complaint Committee's statutory role in preventing and addressing sexual harassment at work., Zero Tolerance Policy, sexual harassment, redressal mechanism etc.
