Kerala University of Health Sciences conducted a Faculty Development programme on capacity building for health science faculty simulation and skill training centre orientation for Nursing faculty on 13/05/25. Mrs. Annu pinto & Mrs. Shincy were participated as representative for PKDAS College of Nursing The programme is inaugurated by Dr.V.V Unnikrishnan (Director ASC KUHS). Mrs. Presthena Lofi (Research Fellow, KUHS) Gives general orientation to the simulation and explain about the types of simulation. Next session by Dr. Mercy PJ (Associate Prof, ACS), She discussed about the protocols and proposal development of simulation lab. Mr. Anjalo Sim (Lab technician, ACS) provide orientation to simulation lab infrastructure and maintenances of simulation Lab. Last session is dealed by Dr. Paul O Rapheal (HOD Dept. of Anesthesiology Malabar medical college Kozhikode) he taken theory session for CPR and demonstrate the procedure of CPR & Injections. The programme is very effective. and interesting, it made more knowledgeable.
