SEMINAR ON GUIDELINES FOR HOSPITAL PRACTICES

A Seminar on ? Guidelines for Hospital Practice? was conducted on 30th November 2024. The programme was started with 1 minute silent prayer. Prof. Dr. PriyaMary Stella inaugurated the Seminar and introduced the topic. Mrs Heera. S, the Chief Marketing Officer PKDIMS briefed about the history of hospital. Mr. Jayaraj U.K. from Marketing Department, explained about various departments of the hospital and its functions. He also explained about the hospital Corporate Social Responsibility activities. In the next session Ms Linsy Mano explained about various Nursing procedures performed in the hospital. The functions of hospital was really a commendable and well appreciated. Students had an interactive session. In the dynamic world of healthcare, hospitals serve as critical pillars of the system, and their practices significantly impact patient outcomes, staff efficiency, and overall service quality. Ensuring that hospital operations adhere to standardized guidelines is essential for maintaining safety, improving care delivery, and fostering a culture of excellence. This seminar has been thoughtfully organized to address the crucial aspects of hospital practices that align with evidence-based guidelines, legal standards, and ethical considerations. The audience were much impressed about the presentation and clarifications. There was a small entertainment programme at the end of the session. Dr. Ariyalakshmi.
