WORLD PNEUMONIA DAY
As a part of world Pneumonia day celebration, the Department of medical surgical nursing organized a flash mob and quiz competition which aims to raise awareness and educate the people about pneumonia and its prevention and treatment on 12/11/2024 at PK Das college auditorium. ThePrincipal, vice principal, faculties along with the 1" year students was a part of the programme. The programme started at 2pm with a prayer song. Principal of the college Prof Dr. PriyaMaryStella addressed the students and delivered informative message about pneumonia day. The students of third semester BSc and MSc Nursing conducted a flash mob and quiz competition. The flash mob was based on importance of pneumonia awareness and prevention. The students of third semester and sixth semester participated actively to the quiz competition. The prize was distributed to the respective winners of the quiz competition by the third semester coordinator. The representative of the third semester concluded the programme by delivering vote of thanks followed by national anthem.
