INTERNATIONAL NURSE’S WEEK CELEBRATIONS 2023
Nurse?s week program conducted at Palakkad district from 6th may 2023 to 12th May 2023. The program started with a rally from Head Post Office, Palakkad to District Hospital, followed by flag hosting and pledge. Program was inaugurated by Dr. Reetha DMO of Palakkad district after that seminar conducted by SIMET College of Nursing regarding the theme ?OUR NURSES. OUR FUTURE ?. Cultural programs conducted on 9th may at Govt School of Nursing Palakkad, our college students and staffs were actively participated and performed outstandingly and won the prizes. Third day was the athletic meet at Palakkad Medical College ground and in that also our energetic students participated and won prizes. Our enthusiastic students were participated in indoor games, Quiz competition etc. and won the prizes. On 12th May, ending ceremony was conducted at District Panchayath Hall Palakkad. It was inaugurated by district panchayath Standing Council Chairperson Smt. A. Shabira teacher, followed by felicitation done by various college principals and district nursing superintendent. Various cultural programs were organized and prizes are distributed to winners.
