Established over five decades ago, the Nehru Group of Institutions has always had a unique approach to serving the community, whether it is students or the public at large. With a vision of providing service through education and humanitarian works, our conglomerate of 20 colleges in Coimbatore and Kerala is among the oldest organizations dedicated to empowerment and social change in India. From Aeronautics to Architecture, Arts to Engineering, Science to Medical, Research to Technical education, we have consistently worked towards these goals.

Leading NGI with its rich heritage is a monumental responsibility that I am proud to undertake. Our institution's rise has not been solely from high-rise concrete structures and technological infrastructure, but from our intricately intertwined learning process and human resources that have been the focal point of education over the past 50 years.

NGI was initially established to foster research and collaborative educational programs that would evolve into a globally renowned centre of excellence. I firmly believe that active engagement with the corporate industry through internship programs,group discussions, entrepreneur awareness initiatives, and personal interactions with industry leaders is crucial for maintaining thought leadership at NGI. By employing effective teaching methodologies such as transformational training,coaching, mentoring, and other tools of leadership development, we aim to see our students evolve into entrepreneurs rather than mere job seekers.
